Acrobatics Class

Come learn fun ways to move and twist in this Acrobatics class! Dance is one of the best ways to glorify God through intentional movement and joy filled fun, and acrobatics takes it to a whole new level! In this class you will learn how to control and support your movement in acrobatic tricks, both stationary and across the floor. WHAT TO WEAR - Leotard, leggings, or convertible tights are preferred (biker shorts to the mid-thigh/knee or jogger pants are also acceptable) - A fitted shirt that can be tucked in or will not come up when tumbling. Or a fitted tank top underneath a t-shirt - Bare feet for Acro - Please have hair pulled back neatly away from the face without any bulky clips If there are any specific questions about brand, type, or where to buy, please contact Laurianne laurianne@fiatproductions.com Instructor: Laurianne Sortino Laurianne has been dancing since she was 5 years old, teaching and doing choreography for almost as long! She competed and performed up to collegiate levels, and after raising her family in California and moving back to Arizona, Laurianne was blessed to offer Christ-centered small class and one on one dance instruction for ages 3 to Adult in Gilbert. Along with teaching for the Nutcracker Ballet Workshops and Dance Camps, Laurianne LOVED choreographing for and performing in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in Spring of 2025, all through FiAt Productions, as well as choreographing for and dancing in Seussical The Musical and Seussical Jr., and she is excited to be teaching Dance Classes and offering Private Lessons through and within this wonderful community. Laurianne is so grateful to God for the gifts of beauty and joy through the art of Dance, and for the opportunity to share those gifts with others, and she is so thankful for the love and support of her husband and their four, young adult children.
